About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at KABAL SINGH HUNDAL, PARMINDER SINGH HUNDAL, ET AL. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and harvesting laborers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Operations: Ensure the efficient and effective management of farm activities, including crop production, harvesting, and maintenance.
  • Maintain Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Implement and enforce strict safety and bio-security protocols to protect our employees, crops, and equipment.
  • Monitor and Control Crop Quality: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and quantity of our crops meet our high standards.
  • Manage Farm Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of farm activities, including production, labor, and equipment usage.
  • Perform General Farm Duties: Assist with various farm tasks, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and other duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, horticulture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role in agriculture or a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency is required.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will work outdoors in a rural area, with regular exposure to the elements.
  • Work Setting: The farm is a rural area with a permanent work term.
