About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at KABAL SINGH HUNDAL, PARMINDER SINGH HUNDAL, ET AL. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and harvesting laborers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Activities
    • Ensure that all farm operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to achieve optimal crop production.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of crop production, quality control, and farm safety procedures.
    • Ensure that all records are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Ensure Farm Safety and Bio-Security
    • Develop and implement effective farm safety and bio-security procedures to prevent accidents and diseases.
    • Ensure that all farm workers and laborers are aware of and comply with safety and bio-security protocols.
  • Perform General Farm Duties
    • Assist with general farm duties such as maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation.
    • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the farm.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in farm supervision or a related role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.

  • Work Site Environment
    • Outdoor work in a rural area.
  • Work Setting
    • Permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
