About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team at Canadian Farms Produce Inc. as a Crop Production Supervisor. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in agricultural operations and a proven track record of success in managing teams and overseeing crop production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Maintain Accurate Financial and Production Records
  • Provide Agricultural Crop Services
  • Coordinate and Supervise Farm Workers and Harvesting Labourers
  • Ensure Compliance with Farm Safety and Bio-Security Procedures
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records
  • Supervise and Oversee Crop-Related Operations
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment
  • Perform General Farm Duties
Work Environment

This is a rural area position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be physically demanding and require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
