As a Project Manager (Asset Transformation), you will:

  • Collect and analyze data to identify business problems and opportunities, working with stakeholders, consultants, and subject matter experts to determine technology solutions.
  • Manage the design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning of systems, including structured cabling, TCP/IP converged networks, nurse call, patient wandering, building automation, digital lighting, access control, CCTV, intercoms, power metering, audio/video, and elevators.
  • Oversee systems across the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to quality assurance, training, and deployment.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team and collaborate with subject matter experts, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and successful project delivery.
  • Develop, track, and review budgets to ensure alignment with project estimates, anticipating and managing material and financial changes.
  • Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients, resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Is this role right for you?

  • You have 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • You have extensive experience with operations and asset management.
  • You have experience and working knowledge with security systems, clinical systems, and ICAT systems.
  • You have a working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC and building automation systems, electrical systems, lighting, and energy management systems.
  • You have proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and adhering to tight schedule and budget constraints.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
