Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect sleep solutions to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on our products, features, and benefits, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to post-purchase support.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new products and features.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
