Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect sleep solution, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to post-purchase support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
