The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead our game-changing events As a key member of our team, you'll organize galas, walk/run events, and conferences, handling logistics and team leadership to ensure impactful events that captivate and inspire our guests.

This full-time contract hybrid role involves collaborating with development crews, event staff, and senior volunteers to craft innovative, mission-driven events that raise funds and awareness for significant causes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, manage, and execute non-profit events from brainstorming to implementation
  • Lead a team to create memorable experiences for participants and attendees
  • Develop and manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics
  • Cultivate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with vendors, sponsors, and team members

**Requirements:*

  • Proven experience in non-profit event planning, management, and execution
  • Strong Team Management experience
  • Able to commit to a hybrid work schedule (2 WFH, 3 In-Person & Weekends as needed)

**Salary Estimate:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
