Senior Executive Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Coordinator to join our team at adidas NY. As a key member of our leadership support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for coordinating complex schedules, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient use of time.
- Correspondence and Communication: Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, minutes, reports, and confidential materials.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and manage expenses.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Documentation and Information Archiving: Manage documentation, information archiving, and ensure compliance with company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional Administrative Skills: Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
