Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
