Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our insurance office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of insurance professionals, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in insurance sales and management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; OTL or RIBO & LLQP license an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in insurance software applications.
