Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Equipment Canada Sanitation Solutions Inc. as an Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures
    • Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Work Priorities and Deadlines
    • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Ensure that all administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support
    • Carry out various administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
    • Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment
  • Work Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 hours per week.
