Sales Executive Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team at BIG RIG TRAILERS & LEASING INC.. This role is pivotal in steering our sales strategies and ensuring the effective execution of our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Leadership Development: Authorize and organize the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
- Strategic Planning: Establish clear objectives for the organization while formulating or approving essential policies and programs.
- Representation: Act as the face of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to fulfill this role.
- Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a relevant field.
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
