Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and reconciling invoices, managing incoming timesheets, and handling discrepancies. You will also be responsible for issuing work orders to technicians, managing the workflow of work orders, and supporting account managers and project managers to maintain client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and reconcile invoices and billing activities in line with approved work orders for prompt customer billing.
- Manage all incoming timesheets, coordinate missing work orders, and upload them into the system.
- Handle discrepancies and revised timesheets when necessary.
- Issue work orders to technicians and close work orders as needed.
- Manage the workflow of work orders, including creation, delegation, and closure activities to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Support account managers, project managers, and field staff to actively maintain client satisfaction through frequent communication.

Requirements

- Post-secondary education and at least one year of experience in the electrical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Excel. Experience with SalesForce is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced spoken and written English to interact with an anglophone clientele, which represents over 80%, as well as to facilitate communication with other departments based in Toronto.
