**About Visier**

We are the leader in people analytics, and our innovative technology transforms the way organizations make decisions. Our 'people-first' approach to business strategy enables us to elevate employees and drive better business outcomes.

As we embark on an exciting new chapter in our growth story, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team. This role is ideal for someone aspiring to develop their experience in order to advance their People & Culture career.

**Job Description**

We are looking for someone excited about delivering exceptional employee experiences to our growing, global team. You will support every aspect of our employee experience, starting from the moment someone chooses to join Visier. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, offers, onboarding, benefits, leaves, internal movement, compensation, and offboarding.

You will collect and maintain confidential employee information, ensuring timely enrolment, processing, and reporting. Additionally, you will coordinate training enrollments, compliance, attendance tracking, and communications. You will also maintain up-to-date People & Culture content in our internal systems and with external vendors.

This position requires a critical thinker who can connect-the-dots to solve problems and seek out opportunities when the dots don't even exist yet. You will be a master at managing your time and resources, comfortable with working fast and switching directions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We are looking for someone who believes in Visier's purpose and how we're positively impacting the world. Previous experience in a fast-paced, changing, corporate environment is required. You must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.

We value candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to our organization's growth. You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable interacting with people at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits to support your well-being and professional development. Our company culture is built on a foundation of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and connected.
