About the Job

This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our HR team as an Administrative Support Professional. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess post-secondary education in Human Resources, strong administrative experience, and excellent communication skills. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, are also required. Additionally, the ability to maintain confidentiality of information and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enroll employees in various training programs to comply with workplace regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Create and update important HR content on all internal platforms.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries and provide general assistance on HR-related matters.
  • Provide support for internal HR projects and facilitate communications for benefits and perk programs.
