We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Records Clerk to join our team at CHAWLAS INDIAN BISTRO AND PARTY HALL.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. They will also assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Reconcile accounts
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic security clearance
The Financial Records Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
