Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement childcare programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-12 years
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure the provision of high-quality care and education
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote child development
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and taking children on outings
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Experience working with children aged 0-12 years
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and standards
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)

Working Conditions
