About the Role

Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations
    • Advise managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
    • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Workplace Culture and Engagement
    • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Identify and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail/wholesale establishment, advertising agency, or media organization.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
