Account Executive, Field Sales Professional

Role Overview
TATCHA is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Account Executive to join our dynamic North American Retail Field Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently achieving or exceeding retail sales goals and fostering business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to surpass KPIs and financial objectives.
- Utilize weekly business analysis to determine opportunities for growth and generate sell-through via selling and training.
- Emulate and reinforce brand image and culture, bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions.
- Coordinate and identify store locations best suited for retail events to maximize profitability.
- Conduct store and district trainings within the region, performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis.
- Drive growth by leveraging consumer and sales insights, continuously analyzing sales data for growth opportunities.
- Adhere to company guidelines while maintaining and managing all relevant budgets and expenses.
Requirements
- 5+ years industry experience or a minimum of 2 years Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent position).
- Strong administration skills are non-negotiable for this role.
- Preferred experience working with Sephora/Ulta, with experience in large retail accounts or multiple retailers a plus.
- Familiarity with Google platforms, slides, docs, sheets, MS Word, and Excel.
- Superior training and motivational abilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs.
- Team player with a positive attitude, resilient in nature, and able to focus and work autonomously.
