At Berlin Packaging, we're on a mission to revolutionize the packaging industry. We're looking for a talented Packaging Consultant (Account Executive) to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Packaging Consultant (Account Executive). As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through consultative selling and account development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting: Identify and secure new business opportunities through consultative selling and account development.
  • Business Retention: Maintain existing customer relationships and drive sales growth through effective account management.
  • Account Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth through new and existing product offerings.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complex sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
