Job Title: Business Development Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Imperial Hospitality Consulting. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing business plans, and providing consultation on planning and starting new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks to support business development efforts
  • Plan and develop business projects to drive growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Design and implement market research questionnaires to gather data and insights
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Working Conditions:

  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
