Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage administrative staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective workflow and productivity
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
