Job Title: Office Manager - Administrative Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative team at Preferred Accounting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration
