Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trivedi Enterprise Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Organizational Skills: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Client Focus: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
