Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
- Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs.
- Act as the representative of the organization, or appoint delegates for negotiations and official engagements.
- Select middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with necessary authority and foster optimal working conditions.
- Establish financial and administrative oversight; design and approve marketing strategies; and endorse comprehensive human resources planning.
