About the Opportunity

We are searching for a compassionate and dedicated Wellness Coach to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Recreation and Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to assess their engagement in meaningful activities and developing strategies to enhance their overall wellness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assess client engagement in the six dimensions of wellness - Physical, Social, Intellectual, Vocational, Emotional, and Spiritual
  • Develop and analyze client-directed individualized and community-wide programs
  • Foster partnerships with local businesses and community groups to facilitate program development
  • Manage the Harmony Program technology to enhance communication with clients and staff
  • Evaluate the Harmony Program to ensure it meets clients' needs and expectations

We are looking for an energetic and compassionate individual who possesses strong communication skills and experience in programming and planning for seniors in a recreational environment.
