About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Coordinator to join our team at Kanvas Studio. As a Project Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer platforms and creative projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans, critical paths, and timelines to ensure successful project execution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects
  • Closely manage project finances and ensure budget adherence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and status updates
  • Owning and being responsible for every element of the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of professional agency experience managing successful projects
  • Proven project management skills and financial acumen
  • Priority-setting and excellent time management capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite 365
  • Fluent in English, functional in French an asset
