Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Program Quality and Impact. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of high-quality programs that promote children and young people's learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Steward Right To Play International's organizational and programmatic strategies to ensure best-in-class program delivery, cutting-edge innovation, and continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide effective leadership and stewardship of Right To Play's resources, overseeing all programs and services offered by the organization.
  • Develop and implement program strategies, establishing and monitoring progress against program and organizational metrics and milestones.
  • Lead the Program Quality and Impact team, providing guidance and support for country offices and programs to deliver high-quality and integrated interventions.
  • Represent Right To Play as a thought leader at high-level fora, conferences, and events, cultivating relationships and partnerships that advance the organization's mission and vision.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in a NGO, nonprofit, government, or philanthropy, overseeing global programs serving children and youth.
  • Master's degree in social sciences, international development, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team in a global structure, with a deep commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, and empowerment.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate an international and multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to utilize evidence to make decisions and drive quality improvements.
