Job Title: Vice President, Program Excellence and Innovation

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to join our team as Vice President, Program Excellence and Innovation. This role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of high-quality programs that promote children and young people's learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program quality and impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead a global team of program experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build relationships and secure funding for program initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial management.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in a non-profit or international development organization.
  • Master's degree in social sciences, international development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing high-quality programs that promote children and young people's learning and well-being.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to utilize evidence to inform program decisions.
  • Fluency in oral and written English, with proficiency in a second language an asset.
