**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our global program quality and impact efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of high-quality programs that deliver impactful results for children and young people.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement global program strategies that align with our organizational mission and goals

  • Provide technical assistance and support to country offices and programs to ensure high-quality program implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program evaluations and research studies

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international development, education, social sciences)
