Dental Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team at Dr. Segal Dentistry Profession.
About the Role:- This is a permanent, part-time position with 20-40 hours of work per bi-weekly pay period.
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years or less of experience in an administrative role within the healthcare industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.
- Assisting patients with their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling billing and insurance inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to ensure seamless interaction with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- A strong educational background, preferably a degree or diploma in a related field (healthcare administration or business). If not, relevant experience will be considered.
- Excellent language proficiency in English.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting, specifically in an administrative role.
This position is based in our office, which offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with database software, electronic mail, and switchboard operation.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for occasional travel between offices.
