Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Dental Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer all phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Effectively greet and communicate with all visitors to the office
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Handle patient payments and submit insurance claims
- Ensure proper patient follow-up and communication
- Support the clinical team as needed
Requirements
- Canadian Dental field formal training (CDA or RDH) or 2 years of Canadian Dental Office experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong computer skills and typing abilities
- Experience handling dental insurance claims is an asset
