Dental Office Administrator

MHMI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our dental practice in Scarborough. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dental management and possess strong business acumen.

Job Description

The Dental Office Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Effective coordination of schedules to optimize practice efficiency.
  • Supervising team members and ensuring adherence to office protocols and policies.
  • Strong understanding of Abeldent practice management software.
  • Tracking and maintaining monthly budgets for payroll, office expenses, and sundry costs.
