Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $54,500.00 - $101,500.00 per year, plus a comprehensive total compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise for proactive credit analysis, structuring, pricing, and overall transactions assessment within assigned portfolios/jurisdictions.
  • Offer advisory support to teams to provide insights on accuracy and consistency of decisions relative to risk strategies, policies, and appetite.
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective action plans.
  • Makes credit and pricing decisions and recommendations in accordance with sound credit-granting principles in compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
What You'll Do:
  1. Identify prospective customers, and/or refer customers with Personal Banking and/or more complex needs to appropriate personnel.
  2. Understand local markets and proactively develop relationships with centres of influence.
  3. Develop internal and external networks and referral sources to ensure ongoing growth of BMO's business.
  4. Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about business banking products and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and loan documentation, and supporting policies, procedures, and technologies.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Collaboration & team skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
