Job Title: Dietitian II Renal

Providence Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian II Renal to join our team. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to patients with renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop individualized nutritional care plans for patients with renal disease
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on nutrition-related topics
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of clinical nutrition practice guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics from a recognized University
  • Dietetic internship from a Dietitians of Canada accredited program
  • Two (2) years' recent experience working with patients/residents in a medical/acute care setting with renal experience
  • Current registration in the College of Dietitians of British Columbia (BC)
