About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
  • Conduct routine checks, such as measuring and recording vital signs, and performing hemodialysis machine setup.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Must be willing to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
  • Healthcare experience a plus, including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
