Job Title: Dietitian II Renal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian II Renal to join our team at Providence Health Care. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to patients with renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop individualized nutritional care plans for patients with renal disease
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on nutrition and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Contribute to research and education activities to advance the field of renal nutrition
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics from a recognized university
  • Current registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or acute care setting with renal experience
