Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized administrative professional to join our team at Stator Sales & Service Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR department activities to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and accounting software
  • Ability to multitask, work under minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and time management skills
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health benefits, dental plan, health care plan, vision care benefits, and mileage paid.
