About the Role:

The Central Systems Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Central Reservation System (ORS) and other integration points for Four Seasons Chain. This role will involve working closely with Commercial business stakeholders, Corporate IT teams, and external vendors to enable technologies that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration connections, resolving errors and failures to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Respond to Service Now Support tickets, investigating and resolving integration point failures to minimize disruptions.
  • Escalate risks and propose solutions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage and track new hotel integrations, system upgrades, and application integration projects to meet business requirements.
  • Configure, test, and validate integration points for system upgrades, maintaining up-to-date checklists and support process documents.
  • Perform systems integration certification testing, validating message flow and providing data for updates.
  • Collaborate with vendors, business analysts, and system owners to ensure successful integration.
  • Train end-users and employees on new application features.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience with ORS (Opera Reservation System) / PMS Opera, preferably.
  • Technical Support experience.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on Hospitality or commensurate experience.
  • Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems considered an asset.
