About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other company events. Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Record Keeping: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements
