Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized, driven, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Director of Operations to support our growing business in managing various aspects of real estate transactions and sales.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an office setting, collaborating directly with the CEO & COO of Generational Wealth Inc. We are looking for someone who is creative, enjoys marketing, event coordination, administrative tasks, and overseeing operations of Real Estate Acquisitions & Investments.

Duties:

  • Prepare and coordinate real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, listings, and letters of commitment.
  • Develop innovative email campaigns and marketing outreach strategies to engage existing and new clients.
  • Support the CEO & COO with calendar management, organization, and scheduling.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative and/or customer service role; li>
  • A real estate license would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (Follow Up Boss and other CRM's) and real estate platforms.
  • A background in property management is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation:

$55,000 per annum plus overtime pay.
