Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced junior associate to join our team, focusing on residential and commercial real estate, land development, and new home construction sales. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years' experience in these areas, with expertise in commercial financing transactions being a significant asset. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and advising on real property transactions, identifying potential risks and complications related to residential and commercial real estate, as well as assisting in land development work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience concentrated in residential and commercial real estate, land development, and new home construction sales.
  • Proven expertise in commercial financing transactions is highly beneficial.
