Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Attorney Lead who will handle complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of lawyers in handling commercial real estate transactions
  • Advise clients on various aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the commercial real estate practice

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial real estate law
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:


This role offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a prominent law firm, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of the commercial real estate practice.
