Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Leasing Coordinator.

You will play a pivotal role in our continued success by leading the full spectrum of leasing activities for a diverse portfolio of properties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Engagement and Outreach: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Promote Yoke Group Inc. at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Property Showings and Tenant Qualification: Showcase property features and amenities to prospective tenants during guided tours.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, providing detailed information about available units and lease terms.
  • Screen tenant applications, conduct background checks, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Lease Negotiation and Administration: Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable outcomes for Yoke Group Inc. while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, adhering to legal requirements and company policies.
  • Manage lease renewals and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Vacancy Management and Tenant Retention: Proactively market vacant units to minimize vacancy periods and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
  • Implement tenant retention strategies to foster long-term tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate effectively with the development and property management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide regular reports on leasing activity, market trends, and tenant feedback to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of leasing strategies and best practices.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a leasing role, with experience in both commercial and residential leasing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate principles, leasing practices, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
