Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to support our Regional Sales Director with daily operations.
    • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front-of-house tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
    • You will also be responsible for scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, assisting with wine orders, and providing administrative support to senior management.
    • In addition, you will co-ordinate office services, prepare reports, and assist with event planning as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
    • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
