Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations 100% of the time.
  • Train and grow a team focused on delivering outrageous experiences through coaching and feedback.
  • Partner with customers, sales associates, and store leadership to support key initiatives and grow the business through community outreach.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
  • Experience supervising, training, and coaching sales associates.
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 depending on location and experience.
