Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing and Shingling Supervisor to join our team at Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our roofing and shingling crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing and shingling crews, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop the skills of our roofing and shingling crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and safety of our crew members, ensuring that all necessary protocols and procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that our crews have everything they need to complete projects.
  • Work closely with our project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the roofing and shingling industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising and coordinating the work of crews.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions
  • Commercial and residential roofing and shingling projects.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
