Job Title: Roofing Operations Manager

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our roofing and shingling crews. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining high-quality work standards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing and shingling crews
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the roofing industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Commercial and residential roofing experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
