Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at BUSY BOYZ ROOFING. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 roofing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent work quality.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, materials, and labor costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in roofing or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to work under pressure
