Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 roofing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect roofing installations, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Material Management: Requisition and manage roofing materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all roofing projects are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations, minimizing risks to employees and the public.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and ensuring seamless project execution.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in roofing operations or a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
